Why NineCube exists.
Building commerce and understanding it are the same problem.
Getting an e-commerce business online stopped being difficult some time ago. Storefronts are cheap, admin systems are plentiful, and most businesses that want to sell digitally can be selling within weeks.
What hasn't been solved is what happens next. Six months in, a business is running on eight systems that don't talk to each other, and the person responsible for the whole thing — the owner, the MD — has the least reliable picture of how it's going. They ask a simple question, and the answer takes a week and three people.
Most companies treat this as two separate problems: an agency builds the infrastructure, then a different vendor tries to bolt visibility onto it afterwards. NineCube exists because we don't think that split makes sense.
